Overview

Lead strategic tender management to maximize profitability and business growth by developing competitive pricing, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and ensuring smooth customer onboarding and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies to maximize business opportunities and profitability
• Negotiate special pricing for large‑volume shipments, project cargo, and new trade lanes to strengthen market position
• Lead and coordinate tender/RFQ responses with Sales, Operations, Finance, and other departments to enhance tender win rates
• Analyze tender and customer requirements alongside market trends to deliver competitive, viable solutions
• Act as central coordinator between Sales, Operations, and Support Functions to align commercial commitments with operational capabilities and profitability goals
