Position: Tenant Collections Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tenant Collections Specialist to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing tenant collections and ensuring timely payments from tenants. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely from Manila, Metro Manila, Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact tenants to collect rent payments and resolve any payment issues
- Monitor and track tenant payments and follow up on any late or delinquent payments
- Work with property managers to develop and implement strategies for improving rent collection
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tenant accounts and payment history
- Prepare and send notices to tenants for late payments or non-payment
