Major Duties

: (a) To perform teaching duties in one or both of the above specialism(s); (b) To supervise, plan and execution of student projects outside practical activities; (c) To perform student development, academic and administrative related duties; (d) To provide support to students with special educational needs, including organising various activities and career counselling; (e) To assist in developing teaching and learning materials; (f) To procure, prepare and manage / maintain training materials, tools & equipment; (g) To assist in organising various activities including exhibitions, seminars, students’ outside practical work & student admission; and (h) To maintain close contact with industry, commerce, professional bodies and other education institutes; and develop new services and programmes to meet the needs of the industry.
