Temporary Recruitment Coordinator – Dubai HQ

Emirates Group is hiring a Recruitment Coordinator on a 6-month temporary contract based at our Dubai headquarters. The role supports the Corporate Services & Executive Recruitment team with end-to-end HR administration, interview coordination, and onboarding, ensuring a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HR, strong English and Arabic skills, and proficiency with recruitment tools such as Oracle Taleo and LinkedIn Recruiter.
