Temporary Human Capital Analyst (3-Month Temporary Project)

**Main Responsibilities**:- **Process Documentation**: Draft and formalize procedure manuals for Recruitment, Selection, Hiring, and Offboarding (Termination) stages.
- **SAP Management**: Accurately execute hires, terminations, and organizational changes within the SAP system.
