Position: Temporary Full Time Floor Leader
Weekly: 30-39 hours

Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Experience: Driving sales by coaching the sales team using dashboard results, adjusting the shop floor to meet and exceed sales goals, owning your results, and celebrating team achievements. Lead by example to deliver a world-class customer experience, including product demonstrations, listening to consultations, collaborating with the team, and striving to exceed daily sales goals.
- Building the Brand: Educate customers on brand values and articulate our position on ethical practices in the shop and through community engagement.
- Product Passion: Increase product knowledge through ongoing learning and provide informed product recommendations for customer needs.
