Temporary Donor Recruitment Associate

Job Summary

Temporary position lasting 6-9 months. Assist with blood drive management activities, cover account manager vacancies, conduct ad hoc support tasks, and maintain accurate records to ensure blood drives achieve donation goals. Provide support, development, and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist account managers to ensure blood drives achieve goal through drive management activities (e.g., on-site recruitment activities at blood drives, giving presentations to sponsoring organizations).
• Provide oversight and record keeping (Hemasphere online recruitment and scheduling system) to ensure blood drives are properly managed.
• Provide routine organizational and operational support to blood drive coordinators to ensure achievement of collection operation and annual goals.
