Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- On site support at the Atlas Ramos assembly plant to act as liaison between our production team and John Deere.
- The estimated time frame needed is 3 to 6 months.
- This resource will be a full‑time employee during this period, working an 8‑hour shift Monday‑Friday.
- Primary point of contact for John Deere's IJD division, supporting during onsite visits.
- Attend to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via email or other channels.
- Order management.
- Expedite material when necessary.
- Escalate complex issues to higher levels when necessary.
- Follow up on pending issues until resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Administration or related field.
