Temporary Collections Assistant (Colombia)

8am is looking for a Temporary Collections Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a collections background and attention to detail, working in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Run daily reports and assist in maintaining accurate and detailed records of collection activities in the company’s database.
• Assist in consolidating reporting from various databases in Excel on a routine basis.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior collections staff or management.
• Assess customer accounts for high‑risk factors and report findings to management, contributing to risk mitigation efforts.
• Update customer accounts as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
