Temporary Associate/Consultant, Valuation (AIC Program)

The Consultant, Valuation (“Consultant”) works independently on valuations across a variety of complex assignments, applying a solid understanding of appraisal principles to multiple asset types. The Consultant actively engages with clients to clarify request and information needs, prepares detailed valuation reports, collaborates with industry peers, conducts independent research, and supports the Property Valuation practice. The Consultant ensures high-quality inputs into software databases and contributes to report integrity. Knowledge of property tax and the appeal process is an asset. The role fosters positive team member experiences, excellent client service, and drives revenue and profit for the Firm.
