Temp Training Admin, OTCi

We are looking for a temporary staff to assist the Staff Training team at our Ong Teng Cheong Labour Leadership Institute.

The temp needs to:

• Support end-to-end training operations, including room setup, logistics coordination, and on-site programme support
• Manage participant administration (attendance tracking, registrations, and confirmations)
• Maintain and update accurate training records
• Assist with invoice processing and issuance of Certificates of Completion
• Handle ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks

• Prior experience in training coordination roles is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively with different stakeholders.
