Location: Central / South
Duration: 9 months contract
Hours: Mon - Fri, office hours

Pay: $2600 - 3800

Job description:

• Process and post PO-based invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure invoices are processed in accordance with internal produce and compliance with tax regulations.
• Review unmatched invoices and variance reports and follow up with relevant parties to resolve discrepancies.
• Handle incoming calls and email enquiries.
• Support month-end accruals.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Min. A-level / Nitec / Diploma in accounting or related fields
• Some Accounts experience is required
