Telesales & Operations Specialist

Qualifications

• Graduate of preferably IT, Marketing or Business-related course
• Experience in sales or telemarketing is an advantage
• Must be Assertive, fast learner and responsible.
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
• Must be Efficient and accurate with details.
• Possesses good communication and listening skills.
• Proficient in basic MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook.

TELESALES

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Generate additional accounts to increase existing re-sellers base.
2. Assist in activating and to exploit new sales opportunities with new and dormant or inactive accounts to help achieve product sales target.
3. Provide information to re-sellers on current or upcoming company events, product promotions, and price lists.
4. Provide re-sellers with information requested by them about status of order or delivery, stocks, etc.
