The Role:

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

·      Contact potential or existing customers on the phone to inform them about a product or service using scripts .

·      •Answer questions about products or the company.

·      • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. 

·      • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed.

·      • Enter and update customer information in the database

  • ·      • Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales.

Ideal Profile:

Qualifications and Skills

·      PUC and Above 

  • ·      3 Months to 1 year of telesales/tele calling experience can be considered


®  Morning Shift  - 10:00am to 7:00PM
