**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective educators or leads using provided scripts and contact lists.
- Clearly communicate the value of our programs and answer basic questions.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM system.
- Meet daily and monthly call quotas and performance targets.
- Follow up with interested contacts to guide them through next steps.
- Handle inbound calls when needed and redirect inquiries appropriately.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Windows basics like Excel and Word, and preferably on CRM tools as well
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
