Telemarketer is responsible with contacting international potential customer/clients over the phone to sell products or services. Generating leads, promoting products, handling inquiries and closing Sales.
- Promote products or services, aiming to convince potential clients international.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, address concerns or complaints.
- Responsible in securing sales and completing transactions over the phone.
- Build rapport with clients and create positive impression.
- Make inbound and outbound calls.
- Bachelor’s Graduate in any course.
- 2-3 years’ experience in handling international clients.
- Preferably customer service and sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
