Responsibilities
- Support Sales Team with pre-sales activities
- Process sales orders and update contract information (utilizing HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics).
- Sales orders management including customer communications.
- Tracking Sales’s records (quotes, sales and commissions)
- Managing Customers records, Contracts and documentation
- Administration of CRM platform i.e. HubSpot (full application management)
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of sales & product marketing materials.
- Managing Order Desk for customer Sales Orders and internal Work Orders
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
- 10+ years’ experience in supporting B2B Sales and handling business customers
- Vast knowledge of data center and telecommunication services.
