Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain Yeastar PBX systems.
- Deploy, provision, and troubleshoot Yealink IP phones.
- Configure SIP trunks, extensions, IVRs, ring groups, queues, and call routing.
- Perform firmware upgrades and system maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve VoIP quality issues including latency, jitter, packet loss, and one-way audio.
- Assist with PBX migrations, upgrades, and new client deployments.
- Configure softphones and remote user connectivity.
- Monitor telephony systems and proactively resolve issues.
- Install and configure routers, switches, and wireless access points.
- Configure VLANs, QoS, DHCP, DNS, NAT, and VPNs.
- Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and internet connectivity issues.
- Perform network diagnostics and identify bottlenecks affecting voice services.
- Ensure network configurations support optimal VoIP performance.
