Location: GDL/ CDMX (Hybrid)
Duration: Full time
Responsibilities
Maintain a proactive approach throughout the day, with the ability to analyze, debug, and resolve issues.
Develop and enhance the SRE strategy to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the plant.
Efficiently escalates issues to the development team, raise incidents, manage impact, and communicate with users and stakeholders.
Automate manual processes to improve efficiency.
Escalate issues to management on both support and development sides, raise problem tickets, and collaborate with development teams to address issues and drive transformations.
Possess a solid understanding of technical concepts and be capable of writing code when necessary.
Create documentation, runbooks, and code snippets to resolve issues and share them with the team.
