Telecommunication project controller (Madrid)

Telecommunication Project Controller – work in person in Seville or Bilbao.

Responsibilities

• Customer Satisfaction and Service Customer Relationship: (customer voice management, Service Value Demonstration)
• Delivery & Maintenance Assurance: Ensure successful project delivery and maintain network stability through risk management and strategy implementation.
• Service Solutions & Sales: Identify customer pain points, develop competitive service solutions, and manage bidding to drive business growth.
• Partner Capability Management: Guide partner investment, evaluate capabilities, address gaps, and ensure consistent service quality.

Job Requirements

• Working time: 8x5. Availability to travel around the country.
