Role Overview
Supports the Sr. Lead, IT Business Operations & Asset Management, and the Purchasing Coordinator by ensuring telecom and IT purchasing processes align with business requirements and comply with established policies and procedures. Daily management of Telecom Expense Management system, ITSM tools, and ERP systems, while collaborating with internal stakeholders, end users, and vendors.
What You Will Do
Manage telecom expense management, troubleshoot system and process issues, identify anomalies and process improvement opportunities, maintain documentation, assist with IT procurement activities, and investigate and resolve queries through to completion.
