Role Summary
Ensure telecom equipment and systems healthiness, reliability, and integrity by carrying out required health checks, routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance in line with standard operating procedures. Respond to work requests/work orders in a timely manner according to assignments from the Telecom Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage all maintenance activities related to telecom systems.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and breakdowns.
- Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures.
- Recommend resolutions in coordination with the Telecom Engineer and relevant stakeholders.
