Lead Design Engineer – Telecom

• Lead and supervise telecom engineering design activities across projects.
• Review and approve design deliverables, calculations, and drawings for all telecom systems (voice, data, fiber optics, structured cabling, DAS, Wi‑Fi, CCTV, and access control).
• Provide technical guidance to the telecom engineering team and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, client specifications, and international codes.
• Participate in design reviews, site surveys, and vendor evaluations.
• Mentor and support junior engineers to ensure quality and timely delivery of telecom design deliverables.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering.
