Tele Caller

Location: Uttarpara, Hooghly

CTC: Up to 3 LPA

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through outbound and inbound calling for real estate projects

- Convert inquiries into qualified site visit leads

- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain lead status

- Coordinate closely with the sales team for lead handover and closures

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions

- Handle customer queries related to projects, pricing, and availability

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead conversion target

Key Requirements:

- Experience as a Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive (real estate preferred)

- Strong communication and convincing skills

- Fluency in Bengali, Hindi, and English

- Ability to handle customer objections professionally
