Responsibilities Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Focuses on orchestration, end-to-end automation, Assurance Fault Management, Performance Management, RAN and 5 G Automation, and cloud-native solutions with AI applications for optimization. Defines and enforces software design guidelines and standards for the R&D organization. Provides both technical and functional leadership within R&D teams: assigns tasks, facilitates technical decision-making, coordinates priorities, and ensures coherence between technical initiatives and operational business needs. Drives innovation and integration of emerging technologies (including cloud-native solutions, applied AI for operations, and MCP servers) within R&D projects.
