We’re looking for dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our customers—handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and delivering top-tier service with every interaction.
- High School graduate (college level or degree is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal
- Open to applicants with or without BPO experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume call environment
- Customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
- Amenable to work shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
