We're hiring a Regional Marketing Specialist to lead marketing across the UK and Scandinavia, driving demand and supporting ambitious growth plans in a key region. This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of regional strategy, work closely with sales, and execute campaigns that directly influence pipeline and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the marketing strategy for the UK & Scandinavia
• Drive demand generation aligned to sales objectives
• Partner closely with sales to support pipeline growth
• Define and track marketing KPIs, optimising performance through data
• Plan and deliver multi-channel campaigns (email, social, events, webinars)
• Localise integral content and create region-specific campaigns
• Manage budget allocation and evaluate ROI
