Responsibilities

• Will be a member of the plant's Operations Technology and IT teams.
• Will be responsible for users support and IT systems and services, to ensure service levels, and improve efficiency.
• Oversee the installation and configuration of network and communication systems and devices, supporting IT/OT migration and integration projects.
• Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365 clients, and virtualized environments.
• Support the analysis, planning, and coordination of improvement initiatives, including hardware and software components.
• Ensure the administration and maintenance of physical and virtual servers.
• Install and configure PCs/laptops and user devices, including mobile devices and smartphones.
• Support users in resolving technical issues.
• Ensure troubleshooting and recovery in case of failures.
