Job Overview

What Ops Maintenance contributes to Cardinal Health Operations is responsible for materials handling and product distribution in a distribution or manufacturing environment. It includes warehousing and fulfillment of materials and products, transportation, inventory management as well as demand, supply and manufacturing planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the service life of company assets including physical building and utilities, manufacturing/ warehouse equipment and tooling, office devices and physical layout of facility.
• Own both corrective and preventative maintenance and operate the necessary systems to manage, schedule, and record this activity.
• Apply extensive knowledge and company policies to complete a wide range of assignments.
• Demonstrate expert understanding of all levels of the job family and have thorough knowledge of jobs outside area of responsibility.
