We are looking for a hands‑on, people‑focused Technology Support Technician to join our IT team. This role is essential to keeping our technology running seamlessly and to supporting our colleagues across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Provide inclusive, high‑quality technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals—always putting people first.
• Install and configure operating systems and applications with care and attention to detail.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues, ensuring colleagues can work effectively and without interruption.
