Job Description

This role acts as the primary point of contact for both on-site and remote users for all IT-related issues, including PC and server networking, email systems, LAN/WAN connectivity, IP telephony, video conferencing solutions, IT asset inventory, and production IT incidents and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1, L2, and L3 end‑user support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests in line with SLAs
• Diagnose, test, troubleshoot, and resolve end‑user technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and basic network connectivity, while maintaining accurate documentation
