About the Role

We are looking for an expert in Infrastructure Engineering with strong expertise in the passive telecom sector, responsible for driving the industrialization, standardization and continuous improvement of infrastructure engineering practices across all countries. The role acts as a technical authority and coordination point, supporting country teams in defining and deploying common engineering standards, processes, methodologies and templates, ensuring consistency, efficiency and scalability across the Cellnex footprint. It also provides technical support in asset management, inventory quality improvement, procurement processes and operational analytics, enabling data‑driven decision making and best‑practice benchmarking.
