Technology Risk & Compliance Program Lead

SGX Group is seeking an experienced Line 1.5 controls professional to strengthen technology governance and risk posture in a regulated financial services environment. You will facilitate audits, manage regulatory engagements, and support risk committees as secretariat to drive risk indicators and oversight.

The role requires in-depth MAS TRM, MAS Cyber Hygiene, outsourcing, and CSA CCoP 2.0 familiarity, with collaboration across 1LOD, 2LOD and 3LOD to ensure robust governance.
