Business Overview
The Technology Resiliency Specialist is responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing Fidelity Canada’s technology resilience capabilities, including disaster recovery, cyber recovery, and the Isolated Recovery Environment (IRE). The role ensures critical systems and platforms can be recovered securely and within defined recovery objectives in the event of major incidents.

- Design and enhance recovery solutions across cloud and on‑prem environments.
- Align with RTO/RPO objectives and eliminate single points of failure.
