**Job Summary**
The Business Performance Manager is responsible for managing complex technology projects, programs, and priority initiatives. The role provides leadership in project controls, financial management, schedule governance, risk management, and performance reporting.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Cost Management & Financial Controls**
+ Lead budget development, forecasting, and financial tracking activities.
+ Monitor project expenditures, commitments, and variances.
+ Conduct detailed cost reviews and provide recommendations.
+ Support project funding requests and financial governance activities.
**Schedule Development & Management**
+ Develop and maintain integrated project schedules.
+ Ensure resource loading, schedule sequencing, and critical path accuracy.
+ Conduct schedule risk assessments and mitigation planning.
+ Facilitate schedule reviews with project teams.
