iCapital is seeking a Technology Program Manager to partner closely with Engineering / Technology leadership to deliver complex, high-impact initiatives across the firm’s most critical technology priorities. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution — bringing best-in-class program management practices to large-scale, cross-functional initiatives. The team operates in an internal consulting capacity, driving clarity, alignment, and disciplined execution across multi-team programs. You will engage across a diverse portfolio including greenfield software development, enterprise vendor implementations, cloud and infrastructure initiatives, data & analytics and machine learning efforts, and broader technology innovation programs.
