IE University Operations Technology Team is looking for a Technology Junior Manager to support the Operations and Technology function, ensuring smooth execution of key processes related to career services platforms, data management, and user support.

This is a highly data‑driven role. The candidate will work extensively with Excel on a daily basis, managing and transforming data across systems. The ideal profile is comfortable handling large datasets, working with digital tools, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
