We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Engineering - Practices and Platforms to lead engineering practices across our technology organization, aligning the engineering direction across all technology departments, spanning Digital, Retail, Infrastructure, Product, and Supply Chain.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the Technology Practices, providing maturity guidelines and resources that empower teams throughout the enterprise.
Strengthen the program that establishes and adopts engineering standards, ensuring scalability and future‑proofing to accommodate business growth.
Measure and improve engineering velocity, quality, and satisfaction.
Build productivity dashboards across engineering teams.
Establish industry standard metrics such as DORA and SPACE to capture the technical aspects of software development and the human and social factors that influence team performance.
