- Implement Design Rule Checks (DRC) and manage related system registrations.
- Apply Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles and address customer feedback.
- Prepare, manage, and obtain customer approval for product specification drawings.
- Review and monitor first article development results in collaboration with relevant divisions, focusing on high volume manufacturing.
- Provide technical and engineering support for in-process and full-scale production.
- Conduct and participate in design reviews, incorporating cross-functional feedback and manufacturability considerations.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, including Design of Experiments (DOE), Statistical Process Control (SPC), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
