Position: Accounting Technician – Montréal

Reporting to the Assistant Director – Accounting and Operations, you will play a strategic role in ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and efficiency of all accounting processes, supporting the organization’s financial activities.

Billing & Accounts Receivable (60%)

• Handle billing for assigned projects, including preparation, validation, and sending invoices to clients.
• Produce draft invoices according to agreements and partner recommendations.
• Record invoices in the accounting system.
• Monitor payments, including client advances.
