About the Position
We are seeking an NPI Technician to play a key role in transferring products from R&D to production in a complex electronic systems environment. You will support production startup activities and combine hands‑on product work with the development and structuring of manufacturing methods.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the assembly of complex electromechanical prototypes.
- Write and structure work instructions (procedures, assembly documentation).
- Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) within an ERP system.
- Train and support production teams during product introductions.
- Design, assemble, and validate production test stations.
- Produce assembly schematics (wiring, stations, test benches).
- Write test procedures.
