- Able to carry out installation, repair and preventive maintenance of MFP and ensure functionality
- Configure Printer drivers and Scan configuration
- Ensure use of ticketing system for proper record
- Able to assist customers by providing clear and helpful printer support
- Manage service requests promptly to meet customers and office needs
- Any ad hoc duties assigned
- Possess more than 1 year of experience in Printers and/or Copier machines
- Possess own transport to travel to customers' premises
- Positive attitude and good communication skills to effectively assist customers
