About the Role
As a Building Maintenance Technician at Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management Singapore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our buildings and estates. Report to the Site Head, you will perform a variety of technical tasks such as hands‑on repairs, routine safety checks and preventive maintenance, to keep the facilities at optimal condition. We are seeking a proactive team player with relevant experience in building maintenance.
What You Will Be Doing- Hands‑On Repairs: Perform a variety of general building repairs, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, and painting. Read and interpret technical diagrams, including electrical and plumbing drawings and site plans.
