KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):
- Assess and test the defective machines, and fault find and submit to supervisors of repair needs.
- Disassemble machines and take off part for replacement or repair.
- Examine or conduct tasks or broken machine parts and identify defective parts.
- Install, replace, or change machine parts and attachments, according to manufactures and the company's specifications.
- Reassemble machines after the completion of repair maintenance work.
- Replace, fix, or realign machine parts and accessories in line with manufactures and the company's specifications.
- Understanding and commissioning of PLC’s, knowledge on deep sea controllers will be advantageous.
- Strong electrical and auto electrical understanding, diesel mechanical knowledge
- Start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and to detect problems.
