Technician, Process (Integration)

We are looking for a dedicated and hands-on Shift Integration Technician to support process sustaining activities in the solar cell manufacturing line. The candidate must be willing to work rotating shifts and overtime when required to safeguard production KPIs, maintain product quality, and prevent process excursions. Candidate should possess strong discipline, good communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Process Technician will work closely with Integration Engineers, Production, Quality, and Equipment teams to ensure stable operations and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
