Job Description
- Set-up and startup of Injection molding machines
- Conduct routine checks and perform preventive maintenance on molds to ensure optimal performance and mold life-span.
- Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure consistent product quality,
- Support process validation and trial runs for new molds or material, FAI sample preparation.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, comply with company policies and local regulations related to equipment operation.
- Maintain accurate records of mold changes, maintenance activities.
- Assist in preparing reports and troubleshooting logs
Qualifications
- Graduate of any Technical or Vocational Course
- Minimum 2-3 years hands on work experience in injection molding operations
- Proficient in mold set up, trouble shooting and maintenance
