Responsibilities
- Comply with company's quality policy and standard code of conduct or guiding values.
- Provide daily or shift report to Equipment Engineer.
- Machine setup and repair, monitor and ensure equipment are always operational and available for production use.
- Ensure that PM and Calibration requirements are always updated.
- Collaborate with operators and engineering in resolving quality issue (machine and process related).
- Responsible for updating downtime and uptime reports through R7/R8 system.
- Active participation in AM‑PM programs and 5S programs.
- Implement good housekeeping inside the production line including maintenance rooms.
- Perform other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or the equivalent in experience.
- More than 3 years of experience as Assembly Line Sustaining Technician....
