Technician IV -Equipment

Responsibilities

• Comply with company's quality policy and standard code of conduct or guiding values.
• Provide daily or shift report to Equipment Engineer.
• Machine setup and repair, monitor and ensure equipment are always operational and available for production use.
• Ensure that PM and Calibration requirements are always updated.
• Collaborate with operators and engineering in resolving quality issues (machine and process related).
• Update downtime and uptime reports through R7/R8 system, and actively participate in AM-PM programs and 5S programs.
• Implement good housekeeping inside the production line including maintenance rooms.
• Perform other functions as may be assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field or equivalent experience.
• More than 3 years of experience as an Assembly Line Sustaining Technician.
