Technician III, Production Technical Operations (Contract)

Alcon, a global leader in eye care, is hiring a Technician III to operate automated manufacturing equipment at our Tuas facility. The role focuses on producing, packaging, and sterilizing contact lenses while maintaining high quality standards.

• Operate the DSM Flex line to manufacture quality contact lenses.
• Operate the autoclave machine for lens sterilization.
• Perform lot changes and maintain DSM Flex lines.
• Ensure 5S standards and batch documentation completeness for the DSM Flex line and supporting equipment.
• Initiate and implement at least one Kaizen idea per year.

• Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma.
• Experience in a GMP‑controlled manufacturing/production environment.
• Ability to work 12‑hour rotating shifts (monthly rotation between day and night).
