Microchip is looking for a Reliability Lab Technician at our Colorado Springs, CO, site to assist with device and package qualification stress evaluations of industrial, automotive, and military semiconductor products – ensuring performance meets company and industry requirements. The successful reliability lab technician will be vital to maintaining lab operational efficiency and minimizing delays & downtime by timely support of qualification and evaluations.

This role bridges hands‑on operation of laboratory methods, measurement tools, electronic instruments, and mechanical equipment with self‑directed accountability to meticulous documentation, excellent attention to detail, and commitment to quality execution in a high‑paced environment.
